It’s really rewarding to create some great images for a company so that they can show themselves off in their best light in this digital age where the image is so important. Nearly every business these days needs a website and business owners are really starting to see the benefits of social media like instagram, especially for showing products or lifestyle and for creating a brand. For all of these though, you need great images and a good photographer to take them.
It’s also good to have a photographer that understands the image and brand that you want to put forward, its ethos etc. I always have a meeting with clients to discuss these aspects along with what they want from the session, and I provide a wide selection of images to choose from with different choices of editing style to fit in with the brand.
What’s more, I enjoy a bit of variety in my life and my photography is no exception. I think it’s good to be experienced with different genres as it all brings new skills to the table and helps keep photography fresh and not let it get stuck in a rut.
